Skyline Training Facilities – Coatbridge
Full size indoor training house
This stand-alone house is built from brick block and there is internal access for all installation requirements. The internal area is kitted out downstairs to facilitate role-play and real-life simulation in homes and there are 2 chimneys to train on. Upstairs we have a fully functional test wall, allowing trainees to test for hazards imbedded behind the wall and react accordingly. There is a flat roof garage to the side for flat roof training. The whole house is within a fully caged area to protect the trainees and conforms fully to health and safety requirements.
Training room 1 / Technical area
We have 10 televisions all with Sky connectivity (all types of Sky boxes) on rotational demo pads as well as different brands of television for every type of installation. All areas also have individual faceplate offering Sky, DAB and digital TV. There is a full multi-switch system in place that is surface mounted and is available for use in this area. In addition to these televisions, there is also a 50 inch full HD/3D television with connection available. The projector is fully imbedded to operate on a drop-down powered screen and desktop sound system. This room is also equipped with flip charts and white boards.
Training room 2 & 3
This is a portakabin (smaller area) that holds approximately 8 people plus trainer comfortably. This area is ideal for classroom-based courses. Projector, white boards and flip charts available.
Static chimneys x 5
Located outside the building, this is a caged area for additional safety but allows for all types of chimney installation work.
Boardroom
Seating available for 16 persons in an oval format. This is an excellent and very professional looking area for meetings. This area also offers HD projector with Sky HD connectivity, Blue Ray projection option and fully integrated computer connectivity.
