Monitoring
As part of our fully managed solution, Energy Eye is our powerful, unique and bespoke online monitoring system that is installed on all buildings and activated upon request. The system allows customers to follow the performance at any time and from any part of the globe and it allows us to make sure the system consistently delivers what is required. Monitoring also means that any problems that arise can be quickly rectified thus protecting both your investment and your generated revenue. Energy Eye allows a householder to witness the savings being made, it provides commercial clients with an effective performance and cost monitoring solution and offers complete protection and peace of mind.

Solar PV Aftercare
After installation we want customers to feel reassured about the Solar PV equipment that’s been installed at their property and so we provide a wide range of benefits to give complete satisfaction.
Customers who subscribe to the first level of aftercare receive a complete monitoring and billing service as well as data collection, a variety of weekly reporting of reads, all administration and liaison with the Feed-In-Tariff provider and prompt payments. The second and third level of aftercare includes call out and repair as standard as well as diagnostic inspection, repair/maintenance up to an hour, materials up to £20 + VAT and all travel time to reach system location. Finally, those subscribing to our third tier of aftercare receive everything in the first and second levels plus all repair/maintenance work required to put system back to proper working order including labour and replacement parts.
